Thank you Move Pros! Coordination was quick and easy. They have some of the best workers I have ever seen. They were able to move over 100 boxes and bins in about 30 minutes with only three individuals. Delivery was next day.

You will not be disappointed! From the front office to the movers, everyone was professional and so helpful. This was my first time moving and I was a bit nervous. Jeanne in the front office answered all of my silly questions and was very reassuring. She scheduled Miguel and Jose to help me out and were the bomb!! They had me show them what I wanted moved and they even helped me move junk to the curb for a junk pick up. They were careful with my furniture and took extra care with a wobbly curio cabinet made of all glass. They took out the glass shelves and wrapped them in plastic to protect them. They hand carried it so it wouldn’t be damaged. They went the extra mile for my items. Bringing the furniture in my new place, they took extra care NOT to damage walls or the furniture. They worked together as a team and were very efficient and quick. They had everything moved in less than the minimum 4 hours. All I had to do was point and let them know where things belonged. Trust me, you want to use them for your moving needs.

We are thoroughly satisfied with Move-Pros. We moved my sister’s 2 bedroom apartment from Union City down to Los Angeles. Everything was done professionally, on time and with a cheerful attitude. Mickey (crew leader) and his team were great. When it comes to the delivery of our stuff in LA it was even more impressive because there were only Mickey and Alejandro who moved all our stuff. They were strong and very mindful of our stuff. The total price of the move was very reasonable. I give my highest recommendation for Move-pros!

I started my move process in early 2021, but I didn’t actually move across country (CA to VA) until May 2021, receiving multiple quotes. What really stood out to me was when Jackie arrived at my home (many moving companies were not doing in home quotes at this time) and how friendly and supportive she was. She was very detailed as we sorted through each room (I was only moving certain items), explaining the process and pricing as we went along. After she left I continued to have multiple conversations with both Jackie and Jeanne. I had to coordinate my move and pick up points from (3) locations and they didn’t blink an eye – just said it was no problem and they would take care of it. I adjusted my inventory list multiple times and again, no complaints, just willing to help me out. When the day came, their moving crew was incredible – the first 2 pickup points were on a Wednesday, then the big move pick up was on Thursday. All of my antiques, art, furniture and personal items were packed and handled with much care. And no complaints about some of the very heavy items and the many stairs they had to navigate. Jeanne was right on target with estimated arrival dates in VA and made sure I was in the loop during the drive time. With this very emotional move and with all of the moving pieces, Jackie, Jeanne and their move crew couldn’t have been more helpful, supportive or patient with me! I thank each and every one of you. BTW: out of (6) quotes, Move-Pros quote was the lowest (but with the best service offered). If you are planning a move do yourself a favor and use Move-Pros!!

Everyone who helped orchestrate my cross-country move was helpful, kind and patient. Bill LaVigne, who did the bid and packing, is exceptional — all his suggestions and estimates were right on the mark. All of my art, antiques and other things were i perfect condition when they arrived. Ken and Star who loaded the truck, drove it from CA to MI and unloaded it — ahead of scheduled! — were terrific. Ken pointed out spots on antiques that I’d never noticed and that needed special care. All the furniture was handled with great care. Ken and Star were so pleasant to work with that my stress dissolved. Jeanne at Move-Pros headquarters was friendly, patient and explained details I’d overlooked. BRAVO to all involved!

I’ve moved 5 times in the last 15 yrs. the last 3 I’ve used Move Pro’s

On time fast, friendly, head and shoulders above the others I’ve used!

Jeanne got us setup with a fair and accurate estimate, and Miguel and his team were excellent on the day of the move and unloading day. They also used a smaller truck so we didn’t have to pay extra for a shuttle truck nor have the added risk that something gets misplaced or damaged between unloading/unloading from the shuttle to the larger truck for the actual move.

We got estimates from a few other moving companies and move-pros was the cheapest but also most accurate for our stuff, the packing materials, etc. they also didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary packing materials (a crate when cardboard packing plus blankets by them would suffice), which other local movers did.

My only very minor let down is Jeanne had mentioned that for within state moves stuff almost always arrives the next day. Ours was picked up Friday and delivered Monday so not quite next day but still within the promised delivery window. All in all, still very fair and I’d go with move-pros and a minor 1-2 day waiting period to get all our stuff arriving intact and present than a rush job where things break.

I was very impressed with my movers! I don’t remember both names but one was RJ? They were wonderful! Very respectful of all my beautiful pieces of furniture! I work very hard to collect my pieces of furniture therefore pay a whole lot more! I was so nervous but your guys put me at ease very quickly, he wrapped everything, and took his time loading and unloading! He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Once again these two need to be recognized for their professionalism. We are planning a second move next year around the same time, we will definitely be calling you back! I got bids from 3 highly rated nationwide moving companies. This organization had the best bid and made the actual process easy to understand and was very polite and helpful. Our household goods were packed by their professional packers one day and the truck and his team arrived on moving day and took care of everything. They did an excellent job getting everything packed up and then let’s us know when our items went into storage across country. Overall a great experience during what is a very busy time when one moves their entire home across country.

I was so impressed with this company, my move from Fremont to Fairfield was the best, I have had prior bad experiences with movers but this company made it so seamless, they were prompt, organized, polite and fast. This is the third time I have used Move-Pros. The workers WILL be very nice, and your furniture will be taken care of. The pricing is generally cut and dry.

The only complaint I have is the packing. During the past two moves, I have made it very clear that I need packing. For some reason, the movers seem surprised that I asked for packing. This increases the estimate, because more time is needed for packing. For two moves, it doesn’t seem like the administrators are telling the movers about the packing requirement. The movers take the time to pack, which increases the actual price. The actual price is then different from the estimate.

My Mother has been living in her home for 53 years. She had made a huge decision to give up her home and move away. One of her biggest concerns was her belongings. Through our Real Estate Agent, we were introduced to Jackie at Move-pros. When that big huge truck pulled up in front of the house.. the nerves really set in. But Gus, Micky, and Jose introduced themselves, walked through our house listening carefully to instructions of what was to go and what wasn’t and my fears left me. I watched those 3 men go to work like no other. My Mother had many glass items that were 100 years old and also many sentimental items due to my Father’s passing. They wrapped each item and packed them so carefully with ease. As they loaded the crates, they carefully placed each item in a way that nothing would be banging, falling or knocking in to other items on their long journey. I’ve used MovePros twice to move my office and warehouse in Fremont. Both times, their crews were fast, efficient, and friendly. Nothing was damaged and both times they finished in less time than estimated. The last move was in November and included a 2,000-lb. paper cutter. No problem for Elisandro, Jose, and Joe. Happy to work with Jackie, too. She knows the business and was helpful with all the details.

Jeanne, our Move Pro estimator was super friendly, smart and very knowledgeable about her business. She gave us a “Not to Exceed” quote to move our entire household to Ohio from Livermore California. Our actual weight came in over her quote, but there was absolutely no hassle over the price. Her moving team showed up exactly on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture and moved us out the same day. When we arrived in Ohio, they again showed up exactly on time, and has us unloaded and set up by mid afternoon. It was overall and hassle free and good moving experience. I moved from Santa Cruz to San Ramon in July, and this was the second time I used Move Pros for my move. They exceeded my high expectations again! They were very professional, courteous, and took very good care of my furnishings (some of which were antiques). They were on-time and efficient. The Santa Cruz house had 3 sets of stairs, and the guys were able to move large, awkward pieces carefully yet quickly, without touching the walls or railings. My move was completed within the allotted time, even with a long drive during the morning commute, and the cost was less than estimated. Excellent job!!! I would absolutely use Move-Pros again, and I highly recommend them.

Move Pros were great! I had boxes in two locations going to one destination. At the first stop the crew emptied 1/2 of a garage in 30 minutes! Vacaville to Livermore, another stop in Livermore, drop everything in my new garage and it was all done in 5 hours. Anthony, Gabriel and Anthony – from the Sacramento office – were terrific and worked really hard. They are the best!!

Lauro, Jose, Ivan, Marco & Josh were very professional. They were extra careful disassembling our furniture and then putting it back together.
