Moving the East Bay Area for Over 20 Years

All the employees were excellent. Sebastian and his assistant, Justin, were outstanding. They treated our furniture and boxes with great care. They were prompt, helpful, and courteous.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of the move. The packers were great. I was not present for the loading but my move manager said it was the best she has seen. The driver and his helpers were great on the unloading.

Out of all the moving companies I researched, Move-Pros had by far the most positive reviews. Also Move-Pros is one of the only local moving companies in the bay area that is fully licensed (since they do international moves) and a member of AMSA. Together these facts made it easy to pick Move-Pros.

Now that the move is over — I’m SO glad I did. They did a better job on every point that all the big companies I’ve dealt with in prior moves. From scheduling, to letting us know when people would arrive, to actually arriving on time, to keeping us in the loop with where our stuff is — the whole process was awesome!
