Roni (not sure if I get the name right), he even pointed out my son’s bump bed was needed to switch the direction in case my son will fall out of the window screen. (He is very right about my son who acts like a monkey)
He carried two book boxes at the same time, which is really hard on his body.
Please make sure they know how to take care of their back and put on some back protection on.

Good job overall, but better communication with packing is needed.
This is the third time I have used Move-Pros. The workers WILL be very nice, and your furniture will be taken care of. The pricing is generally cut and dry.
The only complaint I have is the packing. During the past two moves, I have made it very clear that I need packing. For some reason, the movers seem surprised that I asked for packing. This increases the estimate, because more time is needed for packing. For two moves, it doesn’t seem like the administrators are telling the movers about the packing requirement. The movers take the time to pack, which increases the actual price. The actual price is then different from the estimate.
